can I kick him out?

I first want to say that I don't hate him. But I'm tired of coming home to a kitchen covered in onion peels and pots caked with dried rice, etc.

Background: I am a US citizen. He is not. We met abroad. We were married and had a child. He returned to his country to work. I returned to the US with our child. After three years, he joined us. At that point, I was happy being single, but I felt I had to give it a try.

He got his greencard (thanks to me) and started working. I haven't seen a penny. I pay all the bills. I pay the car note and insurance. I pay the phone bill and light bill. I pay for cable and internet. I pay the rent and daycare. He buys his own food and pays for his cell phone and gas for the car I paid for that I'm happy to give him if it will just take him away.

Like I said, I don't hate him. And I'd be happy for him to stay here until he can save for his own place, (he sleeps in our child's room and our child sleeps with me) but instead of saving his money, he is spending it at the casino. And I'm TIRED of cleaning up after him. I tried leaving it, but I just couldn't go past one week.

If I move out and stop paying rent, it will end up being me they go after for back rent. Yet he is on the lease as well. So how do I make him leave?

I come home from work and all the lights are left on and the AC is blowing full blast. I'm the one who will have to pay the bill for this. It's in my name. I need him out so I can move on with my life. What are my options?
