Marital House Question

Hello,

I've been wondering if anyone has been in this situation and what the out come was. I've been currently paying for the entire mortgage on the marital residence, all the utilities, taxes, etc. for a year now. The loan and title is in both of our names. The ex wants his half of the equity but his half of mortgage alone, is 4 times that amount. Since he doesn't agree on anything (he doesn't believe he should give me my half the the marital assets he has in his possession), I have no choice but to go to final trial. I was just wondering if anyone had a judge ruling on a situation similar?

Thank you so much!
